And week 2 begins...

So I have made it through my first week... and on to week 2... i may hurt a little all over... but it is a good hurt... today was back to chest and back... i must say... i HATE pushups... and guess what... there are a ton of them in this video... lots and lots and lots of push ups... standard... wide fly,.... decline... military... diamond... yeah... WTF... and for those of you that know the fat kid here... I DONT DO PUSH UPS... but oh well... i did as much as i could... "do your best and forget the rest" as they say in the videos... so thats what i did... did a few up on my toes (yay me) and the rest on my knees... the great thing about this program is that you do it till you cant do anymore... not putting a specific number... you are supposed to have a goal in mind... but if you dont make that its ok... and if you surpass that ... its even better... so yeah :) it is working well... the chest and back is a good workout... the resistance bands are good... and man do they give a great workout... may have to get a really big resistance... the most i have is a 40 pound... oh well... off to work i go... tomorrow... plyometrics... and a run with my running group... off we go
