Had a day off... and back to it today

So yesterday was the day of rest... to hell with resting on sundays..... I took yesterday off as i dont really need much more work on my legs... they are good :D and sunday is a long slow distance run... but what was on the menu for today...??? KENPO... did i feel like an idiot... yes... did i have fun... yes... did i break a sweat... yes... but the real question... did i feel a great cardio workout?? sorry to say no... but i have to admit it was a fun time... so i will give it a thumbs up... my cardio is good enough to run half marathons... I laughed... i dont think that is what they want but hey... whatever :D i do what i want... So what is kenpo??? its punching kicking and blocking... it was interesting... i will admit... i didnt do the yelling part... but still had a blast... i would recommend doing it for a light workout... and to have some fun
tomorrow is going to be a 14 km run.... gonna be good
